laurenrocks's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i'm not a player, i just crush a lot, biotch you're right linda, i'm thinking not. he was there for me, but he isn't there now, and now is when it happened. besides, if i e-mail him or call, he'll think i'm still trying to hang onto him. i've let go. i've moved on. maybe a little too quickly, but that's beside the point (for now). i would like to know how brian is doing. i'm sure he's over me by now as well and keeping his eyes and ears open for new girls to fall for. but who cares. i have mark. i mean, i always had him, but i guess now, i want him. and only him. forEVAH. today is our first date. *giggles* it's going to be rad as hell. we're meeting at cafe brazil (it's just a good place to meet downtown) and then going to the DMA together to immerse ourselves in art. one of the DMA's permanant exhibits is some ancient civilization artifacts, and i have never seen it so i'm looking forward to that a lot. ancient egyptian and sumerian and all of those 1,000's b.c. cultures are fascinating to me, and i didn't even know i was interested in it until this semester in my wes/civ class. i wish i had a camera. i'd hate for a wonderful day like this to go photographically undocumented. oh well. there will be more dates, i'm sure. it seems weird having a first date with mark. there won't be any of that "getting to know you" bullshit on this first date. i know everything about him and vice versa. but i guess this is like a first date between two people who have been friends before, only we've been intimate too. and we already love each other. so... what the hell kind of first date is this? the best one i'll ever have. oh, and i look smokin' right now. believe you me, when i was finished getting ready this morning, i looked in the mirror and got a boner. no, not really. but i'm hot. dig me. 10:04 a.m. - 11.14.03 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
