laurenrocks's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- car crash at the side of the road brian and i got into a car accident last night. we're both okay, i have a few seatbelt-shaped bruises, but otherwise we're fine. we were driving to this mongolian place to eat dinner, and it was raining a bit so the roads were slippery. there was a towtruck in a gas station parking lot with its nose sticking out in the middle of our lane. brian hits his brakes but we keep going right for the truck. he turns the wheel but it's like nothing he could do was stopping us from slamming into that fucking truck. i remember seeing the driver of the truck just staring at us as we slammed into the side of his truck. we got out of brian's pickup, both of us were shaking. i couldn't breathe. brian's dad picked us up after we talked to the police and they gave the towtruck driver a ticket for being an asshole. or, for blocking the road. you decide!! we go to brian's parents' house so we can take brian's mom's car back to the dorm. we didn't end up going out because i wasn't feeling well. we ordered pizza and watched SNL, and had sex. and for awhile, we completely forgot about the accident. brian rocks. he's the sweetest guy i've ever met. i'm so fucking tired. 11:27 a.m. - 08.31.03 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
